Parkway served 1,500 “Blowtorch BBQ Beef” poor boys to hungry folks at the 2016 Oak Street Po-Boy Festival!

2016 OAK STREET PO-BOY FESTIVAL: Parkway Blowtorch BBQ Beef

Oak Street Po-Boy Festival: Behind The Scenes

This year, we wanted to do something simple yet still delicious. Justin gave a preview of what to expect on our Facebook page:

The Blowtorch BBQ Beef was a success: folks bought every poor boy up and we went home with empty trays!

My crew and I had smiles on our faces from 7 am until 8 pm. What made it such a joyful poor boy festival was all our new and existing customers who stopped by to say hi and generously bought one of 1,500 poor boys. Credit to the fest organizers for a well oiled machine. The best fest yet!
